The Cutting System
All records are cut using a T560 VR (Souri lathe), a professional cutting system widely used in modern dubplate and short-run vinyl production.
This allows for precise groove control, consistent playback and detailed audio reproduction across the frequency spectrum. Combined with our analogue mastering chain and over 20 years of experience in audio mastering, this ensures your records translate with clarity, weight and balance.
Why Vinyl Mastering Matters
Vinyl is a physical format with real limitations. A standard digital master is not optimised for cutting. Without proper preparation, issues such as distortion, excessive sibilance and low-end phase problems can occur. We prepare your music specifically for vinyl, ensuring clean playback, controlled low frequencies and a balanced high-end response.
This ensures your record not only sounds great, but cuts safely and plays back correctly across a wide range of turntables.
